My medical seat allowted in govt college but due to the lack one pwd certificate from metro cityes. They did not give admission in there.

Hello Sai,

If you get a seat allotted and you fail to submit any certificate then your seat from than college is left as vacant. You can get the seat in the mop-up round if the seat remains vacant. But this time you need to have the certificates that are required during the admission process.
