Yes there is a very good chance that you will get CSE at Manipal. Based on the reviews i got from my friends who have graduated from manipal ,any score above 550 is good for CSE at Manipal, so keep your finger crossed. Having said that ,since you had the potential to get a 588/800 i wish you get a good rank in jee to make it to IITs where i think you truely belong. All the Best!
