AP  Students have 15 Percent Unreserved Quota in Counselling. And those 15 Percent are eligible For Fee Reimbursement. You will get full fee reimbursement the if your Ts eamcet rank is below 10,000. Also the People with reservation caste gets full reimbursement.

If you are not supposed to get reimbursement From Past 2 years, i request you to talk to your college management for more clarification.
