As you have mentioned that your neet score is 556 which indeed is a good score but you fall under general category because of which your chances decreases to get the college easily... If we look over previous year's cutoff then a general candidate with 530 marks secured a seat in pims jalandhar..

Having said that the cutoff changes every year depending upon various factors like number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper..

So, looking this the cutoff might have changed about 20-30 marks.. But looking this whole scenario, you still have good chances to get into pims jalandhar...
