Hi Kisan,
The score you have scored are very low to get a seat in government medical college.Chances are less for government medical college under AIQ.

Try through the sate and Caste quota depending on your state and caste rank.
With the score you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota seat.
However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin.
Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures to begin.
Do keep trying, don't lose hope.There is always a better next.

According your score the chances are less to get a seat under 15% quota seats & state quota seats also. You might have the chance for the state quota seats in the private colleges.
