With the score of 586 you can admission in all the government medical colleges in the state except king George's medical university, Lucknow, under state qouta. 

However if we consider your rank i.e. 11200, then you are on a borderline of getting admission in Government allopathic medical college, banda which had a cutoff rank of 11270 last year.

U.P. Rural institute of medical Sciences and research, Etawah had a cutoff rank of 24680 last year, under state qouta.
