In 2017 the last rank that got admission in any government medical college in Gujarat in the SC category under the state quota had a score around the range of 340-350. You can expect a similar cut off this year too considering which you seem to have less chances in the mop up round as many candidates ranked above you might seek admission in the Mop up round too.
