Dear Ajith, 440 seems a decent score for ST Category in a Mop up round under All India Quota. You can also check your options by registering at mcc.nic.in. Once you log in, from home page go to Medical Counselling and Open Undergraduate. Open composite allotment list. You will have a vague idea of your options based on pattern of previous years.

Hello Ajith,
First of all there's no mop up round conducted by mcc for all India qouta seats.
The seats which are left after the second round of counseling of all India qouta, those seats are then given to the respective states and the mop up round is then conducted by the respective state authorities.
The admission in those seats are then given through the state qouta and not all India qouta.
