After seeing your result, I can say that it is difficult to get a govt. medical college in either state or all inida quota, but it is possible under management quota. So you can try for that. Getting Dental college in 226 marks with management qouta is possible. 

Hi, unfortunately with 226 marks you won't be able to get seat in medical(Govt./private) through All India Quota or State Quota. But you can get into some private medical colleges through management quota in CAT B list.
