As your neet score is below the bracket of 550  I do not think that 15% all India quota will be able to give you any government MBBS medical College or even BDS for that matter.Infact your chances at State quota are also rare because last  year all the seats of MBBS were filled by 525 marks .

May be you can try for some private medical College for BDS if you wish to at State level.

I am sorry to inform you that according to me you do not have a chance of getting a seat.As far as AIQ in concerned the cut off of neet 2018 for general category was around 550 marks.So according to that you do not have a chance for government medical college through AIQ. 

The rajasthan state cut off is also very high ranging around 560-610.Also the GOVERNMENT DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, JAIPUR cut off for last year was 529.

According to previous year's cut off you would get a seat in private medical colleges of rajasthan and also u have fair chances in AIQ.Some private medical colleges of rajasthan with previous years cut off is given below for your reference:-
