Though you fall under sc category and your category rank is 3603.. See, honestly speaking your ranks are too high and your marks are too less get BHMS course in Maharashtra or outside Maharashtra.. See, if you might have scored 340+ marks, then you migh be capable of fetching a seat in some government colleges..

Don't loose hope!!! You can hit a chance and try of some private medical colleges....
