Hello dear student, although you have qualified NEET but as I checked previous year's cut off marks and this year's expected cut off marks for government MBBS and BDS colleges. So the probability is lesser but there's one college having cut off marks 453 for the general and 448 around for the OBC candidates . The name of the college is government medical college, Tirunelveli. So there's a probability that you get MBBS college with this much marks . Rest I am attaching a link for your further reference
