In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for OBC Category in Government Medical Colleges have been as follows:

OBC-A: 478
OBC-B: 474

With 444 marks you have a slight chance at Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
