For getting a government seat you need to atleast cross a marks of 490+ since you belongs to sc category.

As top score is 720 this year the cut off is very high.
However you can try for Deemed university
Cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam, no of students appearing, qualifying.

Based on previous years trend, i am afraid to say that with All India Rank 3,33,677 in NEET 2020, you will not get any government medical colleges despite SC Category reservation benefit under either State Quota or All india Quota.
You can try getting admission in Private Medical colleges under State Quota.
