You didnt mention your Category. So assuming you belong to General Category, 7789 is a good rank. You have a chance at a good Government Medical College with that rank. Last year this rank got seat in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan also. You can easily get a seat in atleast Deemed Universities. You should definitely apply for Counselling.
