With the score you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota.
However nothing can be said with absolute certainty.
Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures.

Based on this NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota & state quota seats, You can go for Deemed universities or the management quota seats.
