If we talk about All India Counselling by MCC then At this Rank there are no chances of getting MBBS Seat in a Government Medical College because Cut off is High this year even for OBC, SC, ST Category Students and The above mentioned Quotas by you that is RURAL Quota and SNQ Quota are not applicable in All India Counselling.

The Rural Quota and SNQ Quota will be applicable in your state quota counselling so I will advise you, At this rank do not register for All India Counselling by MCC, You should go with State Quota Counselling for better chances.
