Dear Candidate, 

As per your marks, it is very tough for you to get into a private medical college. For a private medical college, atleast 350 marks are expected. This year it may even rise higher. However, you can contact the individual colleges. You might get somewhere by paying a bit of donation. 

The fees structure for private medical colleges usually start ranging from 30 lakhs (for 5 years) and goes to almost 80-90 lakhs depending on the college.
