Hello

To get admission in any of the medical colleges this year i.e 2019, your NEET 2019 score will be considered and not the score of previous years NEET exam.
Well, for a government college- your score should be minimum 550+ (if you're applying through 85% state quota seats) and 600-620+ (for 15% AIQ seats).
However, the cutoff changes every year and so the safe marks range can't be predicted. And so you need to keep high target and prepare accordingly.
