You have very less score to fetch a seat in medical colleges.you just cleared the cutoff according to criteria.and clearing just the cutoff wont fetch you a seat,you need to have minimum of 300-400+ to fetch a seat in bams according to this year atleast.each year the cutoff changes due to many factors like difficulty level,total students appearing for exam etc,alsothis year the competition is tough and cutoff rose by atleast 30-40 marks more causing a difference in thousands of ranks.so i think you understand what is the situation.for mbbs you need minimum of 550+to fetch a seat.if you are interested you can take an year and increase your score for that check: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/

Sorry to say, but this is a extremely less score. There are no chances for you to get a government college. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private and deemed colleges. But if you choose private or deemed fees will be expensive. But having till the end is never wrong, if someone steps out from counselling then there are chances for you to get the seat. This situation is due to the competition level this year. In case if you fail to get a seat or if you are not ok with the fee then take 2021's NEET. Let me remind you that the one who scored 720/720 this year was taking NEET for the second time.
