With a score such as the one you have achieved, chances are
less that you'll get a seat, even while considering reservations
Scoring above 400 stands a fair chance in getting a seat in
NEET UG 2018. Scores above 500 are almost sure to secure a
seat in a government medical college
However in case you fail to secure a seat in a government
medical college or dental college you may consider taking admission to a private medical college
In case you are willing to drop a year you may prepare once
again. With all due efforts and hard work I am sure you will be
able to secure a much better rank next year

Sorry to say but the marks you have scored are very low to get a government dental seat, but you can try for private colleges and deemed universities. I am sure you will get a seat there.
