With this rank getting seat for MBBS is very difficult

You can try for BAMS in private colleges.

Based on previous years trend, I am afraid to say that With 2,33,616 All India Rank you would not get any decent private college in Bihar worth pursuing MBBS, despite OBC reservation benefit.

Even under State Quota reservation, you will not get benefit.
