Let me tell you frankly based on the score you have got, its really not possible to get the MBBS even though you have the reservation category as well,you must atleast have 520 plus to get the seat in either state quota or national where as of you still need the admission then go for management quota that would very high fee, but you need to go and talk to adminstrative department
