Greetings,
Of course your score is good enough to earn you a seat in a private medical college. Scoring above 400 gives you a fair chance at a government medical college  seat. Scoring above 500 is almost a sure shot chance at getting a seat in a government medical college.
Different private colleges select candidates differently. You may choose accordingly.

Yes, you may get a seat in private medical college.
You have to wait for the results after that you have to fill the counseling forms that will be available after the Neet results.

You may apply , but in private medical colleges the cut off varies from college to college and hence you may have to see where your score fits best .

Sorry dear,your score is low.
So you have no chance in govt college.
For that about 525 mark was needed.
And,in pvt college,there is little chance.
