So , answer is that you can not go in Engineering  through your NEET score but yes, you can definitely go in medicine through your NEET  score but you should also remember that you can  go with sports quota councelling only at state level not at national level. As far as the central counselling from MCC is concerned, the quotas of admission available are as follows-

AIQ - All India Quota Seats

MNG - Management/ Paid Seats

NRI - NRI Seats

MM - Muslim Minority

JM - Jain Minority

DU - Delhi University Internal

CW - Delhi University (CW)

AMU - Aligarh Muslim University 

Internal

ANR - AMU NRI

AON - AMU OPEN

BON - BHU OPEN

JON - JAMIA OPEN

JMQ - Jamia Muslim Quota

MW - Jamia Muslim Women

JI - Jamia Intern

Apart from these quota of seats, no other quota is under MCC central counselling process.

I do not think so that there is any sports quota seat for admission in medical and dental colleges through MCC.

Neither there is any information available nor one can find any notice regarding the same.

The categories are also like the same being open, OBC, SC, ST, PWD etc.
