If I consider previous years record, then the chances to get admission in government colleges are impossible.your marks are too low, you may not be able to procure seat even in state quota. But anyways there is no loss in trying, because the cut off vary every year depending upon the difficulty level of the questions paper and availability of seats.

Here is a list of various medical colleges in West Bengal and their respective cut offs for admission under the State quotas for the General category.But also keep in mind that the cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty, competition etc. This year as the paper was easy a little higher cut off is expected. You don't seem to have any chances for a government college.
