Hey Nisha, sorry to say but 245 is really a low score to get even a private medical college specially when you belong to UR category.. Anyways you can still work hard with great determination and try to clear neet 2020 with really good marks.. Just follow ncert books strictly, keep your concepts clear and have a clear goal that's it... Hope this helps... Good luck...
