Dear aspirant

NEET is the official entrance for students all over thr country for BPT MBBS BDS degree. To sit for MBBS counselling one has to clear the cut off marks or percentile.   Generally

For general category it is 50 percentile

For Obc category it is 40 percentile

For SC Category it is 40 percentile

For ST Category it is 40 percentile

For PWD category it is 45 percentile

Minimum cut off percentile is constant but as the standard of the question paper and total number of candidates appraring in the exam are no constant . So cut off marks vary

Qualifying cutoff  for this year is

UR/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

So you cleared the cut off by mere marks

I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling for 15% seats  . You can still try in state counselling  for remaining 85% seats . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other.
For different states it depend upon availability of colleges, student number etc various things . You have not mentioned your state . You must mention that for us to answer precisely. You must go for your respective state's counselling. Though chances for you are tough for you in there also for government colleges. However you can get easily many private medical colleges.

Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc are difficult with this score. You might get a seat in Ayush courses, more precisely BAMS. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021. If you want to reappear for NEET 2021, you can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
