Yes you can get admission in private medical colleges. Although, you won't be able to get a seat under government quota as your score is a bit too low for that. You will definitely get a seat under management quota. The fees will vary from college to college, the usual range being INR 10 to 70 lakhs. You need to directly contact the college authorities for admission, no counselling will be through NEET.

I highly regret inform you this. But, at your score, there are very slim chances of you getting admission into any private medical college in All India Quota.
However, if you have a domicile certificate, there are still slim chances to secure a seat in the State counseling in the Mop up round.
