360 is perfect score to get into a private medical college. You should absolutely apply for the private medical colleges without wasting your year.

I ll tell you some of the states where you can apply without any restriction and can get the seat easily-

1. ALL INDIA COUNSELLING :

you should apply for this and wait for the last counselling to be held , you may get the  PRIVATE seat through AIQ.

2. Uttar Pradesh : there are private 16 medical colleges having very low cut for private seats. It may be possible that you may not get the medical seat in first counselling , but according to last year cut off , students with more than 300+ were easily given admission in private colleges, so wait for the second and the last counselling ,you will surely get a seat.

 And there are states such as M.P ,UTTRAKHAND where you can easily get the seat. So fill the registration form of these states.

3.COMEDK COLLEGES ( KARNATAKA PRIVATE / SEMI GOVT. COLLEGES)

here you also have high chances of getting the seat ,so you must apply for this form and wait till the last counselling .
