You have not mentioned which college you are talking about.

And getting a college with 400 marks this year might be difficult but not completely impossible. You may get a seat and may not because there is a lot of fluctuations this year.

But through AIQ getting a seat is impossible.

Above case was for state quota.

AIQ is very difficult and impossible with such low marks.
