The NEET 2019 exam haven't held yet but for your query here is the answer-
According to your marks in NEET you have very less chances of getting a government medical college. Last years cut off was above 590. You can try for private college or can prepare once again by taking drop year. You might get a chance in mop up round but it is also difficult as there is a lot of competition.
