On analysing last year's neet cutoff marks and ranks for obc candidates we get to know that the cutoff rank was- 11524 & the cutoff marks was- 532 for getting a mbbs seat in govt.allopathic medical college(AMC),U.P., under 85% state quota seats.

So, your chances of getting a mbbs seat in AMC is almost nil. But, right now no official cutoff list for neet 2019 is released by u.p.medical counsel till date ,so i just suggest you to don't lose hope and hope for best.

Also,it is supposed that the cutoff list will released on 25th June 2019,so i will suggest you to keep checking the official sites as well.

Also,to apply for AIQ/state counselling you need to register yourself in the counselling processes for AIQ/state quota separately.

And,the registration fee for counselling process for obc candidates is as-

1.Non-refundable fee: Rs.500

2.Refundable tution fee: Rs.5000.

So,just apply for the counselling process though by checking the dates properly.
