Acc to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of applicants , level of difficulty of neet that year so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,last year cut  off for Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, and College of Nursing, Pune was around 19743 against 505 marks from 70% regional quota for obc category and for 30% state quota was around 553 marks around 8851 ranks so acc to previous years cut off analysis you might not have a chance or have less chances of admission also you are almost on borderline of getting not getting a college
