You have a good score in NEET 2019 and also you belong to the OBC category. You can get both private and government colleges with this score. You can get a government college with this score. So do try for a government college. You have good chances of getting a seat in a government college. So go for that. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year. If you are applying through All India Quota then you must apply in states like Chhattisgarh, MP, Bihar, Karnataka, Telangana, West Bengal,  etc.

You score is nice and you can get good to average colleges depending on various states. You also have good chances of getting MBBS in Uttar Pradesh due to your domicile.
