I'm sorry to inform you that with your score of NEET 2019, It will be difficult for you to get a government medical college seat through the All India Quota , provided that you belong to the OBC category.
The NEET cut off for AIQ seats for the obc category will be 500+ in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka or Gujarat. You have chances to get a seat through the state counselling. Please mention your domicile state for the details. You may also use the college predictor, here is the link-
