hey jyoti, goverment colleges in  delhi are the first priority of almost every medical students and hence the cutoff so,  minimum marks to get delhi colleges is very high.Since this year's cutoff went very high but your score is quite good,also if you belong to general category than you would face a little difficulty in securing seat as compared to other categories.

Dear Jyoti, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under All India Quota the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 612
OBC: 594
SC: 508
ST: 482

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year the cut offs are speculated to increase by 25 marks in Government Medical Colleges. If this is true, with 631 you have a chance at North Delhi Muncipal Corporation if you belong to General Category. To check cut offs of other Categories, please visit our page at:

Although your score is great but as far as the competition of 2019 is considered, it was far too tough.
A score of 631 might correspond to a rank of AIR 2700.
By going through the data of 2018 as well as 1st round allotment of 2019, there's absolutely no chance to secure a medical college in Delhi. You may get other good colleges too, but for Delhi, the rank had to be better.
