Hi

It's quite difficult to make  prediction as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges depends upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 159 marks your chances for Government Medical College is very low and even you may not get Government quota seat in private medical college

For example,

In neet 2019 , the lowest marks for sc category under Karnataka state quota that got a Government quota seat in private medical college was 326 marks and it was for M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore

Your chances for even management quota seats with your mark is very low so,
I
suggest you to prepare again for Neet examination and don't worry we have Neet knockout program which will help you at every step of your preparation , the link for the same is given below
