Hello aspirant,
According to NEET UG 2018 counselling, you have to score accordingly to secure a seat in government medical college. For this year the rank secured by the General Candidates to get an admission in Government Medical colleges is 8281, whereas the marks secured by the candidates is546 out of 720.
This cutoff changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of exam and the number of students cracking.
Sorry to but your marks are low to be eligibile for mbbs.

Hello dear student, as you haven't mentioned your category with us so considering you to be general category student. It's difficult to h t admission in ap with this less marks.
