According to the previous year cutoffs ranks you have chances in Government Medical college of Dr.Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow,UP Rural institute of Medical Sciences and Research.You may check previous year cutoffs of various colleges to get a better idea.However trends change every year based on question difficulty,number of students appeared etc.

Yes you can definitely get a government medical college at this marks. Sarojini Naidu Medical College last year had a cutoff marks of 548 and this year it is expected to have around 560. LALA Lajpat Rai GMC last year had cutoff 551 marks. There are otther colleges like GMC Kannauj, GMC Ambedkarnagar which will have cutoff 540s this year.
