Hello Sanjay

the cutoff for NEET UG for OBC is 96. Your niece has not qualified the examination so she is not eligible for applying for the counseling.

I am extremely sorry but with these marks your neice won't get admission in any college or course. She Haven't even cleared the cutoff criteria so getting any course with these marks is not possible. Don't get disheartened ! Better luck next time
