The CBSE from this year has mandated that the admission to BAMS courses in the country will be on the basis of NEET only. However, since this is the first time that BAMS admission will be on the basis of NEET it is hard to predict as to what will be the cutoff score. You should apply to all the colleges in the process of counselling though so that you don't miss out on any chance.
