Seeing the previous year cutoff for NIMCET and the category you belong to you have good chances in all the NITs as the closing rank for SC category are high enough and you have 348 rank so don't worry you will get a good NIT.

I assume you want to inquire if you would get MCA in any top NITs. But I would say it is very difficult to tell. A rank below 4000 for the SC category can get you a MCA seat in NIT Agartala as per the previous year trends. Still, the level of NIMCET paper changes every year, so it is not fair to judge your chances on the basis of rank vs marks.

As per the 2019 data, the NIMCET all india closing rank for the SC category was 4263 for NIT Agartala, 2381 for NIT Allahbad, 3159 for NIT Bhopal, 3739 for NIT Durgapur and below 2000 rank for other NITs.

So, predicting chances for you for 2020 is very tough. Anyways, you may have slight chances for NIT Agartala only.
