It would have been better if you had mentioned your category rank.

The cutoff ranks of NIPER JEE varies each year depending on many factors like number of candidates, number of seats, difficulty level of the question paper, etc. Last year the NIPER JEE cutoff rank was 706 for General category and 711 for reserved categories. As per their ranks and categories, candidates will be allotted different branches of NIPER colleges all over India.
As you've not mentioned your category rank, it is difficult to say whether you have a chance of getting a NIPER college or not.
