Dear Mahadev, if the certificate clearly states that the validity is good until 2020, then you are fine and you dont need to get a new OBC - NCL certificate. However, if there is nothing as such mentioned, you will have to get a new OBC- NCL certificate done. Ideally when an OBC - NCL is being issued, the last 3 years of financial statements of the parents are looked into and then issued. So, please keep them handy if the certificate that you have doesnt mention any Validity period.

validity for non creamy layer certificate is for one year.so you might have to reissue it
