If you belong to the OBC category, you are supposed to consider the cut off released for your category in order to determine your eligibility but if you belong to the general category your eligibility depends on the cut off laid down for your respective category. So you need to check according to that only.

For the CBSE board the top 20 percentile cut off is 432 for general and 423 for OBC. If you belong to the general category you are eligible only if you have scored a minimum of 432.
