From my point of  you can't get any core

branch(CS,IT,EE,EC)  but you can got without core branch .

It's depending on your interest and  how much can you do in your engineering period.

For example:- If you got civil then it not only means your placement in civil field .If you learn something else like any Language then you can also placed in Coding compouny .

I am from NITK there are so many students are selected in Amazon like core coding company without core Branch .
