With OBC merit rank of 1906, you can try for PICT Pune. If you belong to Home University, then you have a good chance to get into PICT, but if you are not from home university then it is quite difficult. Other options that exists are Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Technology, Nanded, VIT Pune, MIT Pune, Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad etc.

Definitely, you can get a good Engineering college. I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of the first round of CAP Process on the following link.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, Ladies-L, TFWS, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) & also according to the university.
