Not possible. The closing rank even for category is given on the basis of GMR/PMR that is General Merit Rank. So, suppose you are a general candidate, to get CSE in Jadavpur University the closing rank was (GMR rank 153) in 2017. But if you are a OBC-NCL category the closing rank required was GMR 784(general merit rank not your obc rank) .
