By comparing with last year JoSAA counselling opening and closing ranks, there's no possibility to get NIT Hamirpur in HS quota. Meanwhile you can apply to some other colleges with your JEE mains rank. You can use Careers360 College Predictor to know you're eligible for which colleges.
